The bird family

Hello guys it is a pleasure to post onde again in the steemkids&parents community,i am so sorry for not posting since the last time, and that was because we were taking our exams and i had to read well because the setting is hard, but if you read it will be more simple. Remember that last time we learned about fishes and i told you guys that we will be talking about birds so lets go to the topic.

We will be talking about these few birds, thoigh they are more than a thousand species of birds, lets just talk about these ones.

1. Cock
2. penguin
3. parrot
4. king fisher

Cock

This is a bird that is usually seen in the society, the babies are called chicks, people eat them often to celebrate. It can be brown, black and dark brown. It has a common enemy, the hawk each time the chicks hatch from the egg the hawk will fly atound to see if it can catch any chick. And it can be a successful try for the hawk.

Penguins

These species of birds are usually found near the oceans when snow has fallen, they are usually black and whiye while the babies are grey and white, when these specie of birds give birth it makes the chick stay under them to avoid them getying cold and freezing to death.

Parrot

This bird is usually known as a talking bird, people take it as pets and use it for alert, when danger arises it will talk. The bird has different colors so it is hard to diffrentiate. Parrots have two feets aone facing backwards and one facing front.

King fisher

As the name implies it is a fish catcher, it dives into the water to catch fish so that it can feed it pself and the family. Becauseof thier long beak it allows them to dive into the water quickly and trap the fish so that it will jot escape. It is normally blue,orange and white.
