Who is a Moderator on the Steemit Platform"

In this contest I need to write about moderator job and describe who is moderate so let's begin this post:

Well Moderator is like class monitor. As class monitor gets special attention from class teachers, principal, class fellow same on Steemit platform moderator gets special attention from fellow moderators team, Curator team and especially from SC01 and Sc02.

It is very respected job and if any moderator does his job with sincerely so he gets benefits for his hard work . Simple it gets you recognization among Steemians and this helps to grow account and earn more steems.

I am thankful to @ashkhan who gave me opportunity to be moderator in her community.

It is very responsible job actually, moderator use to checks many aspects of posts. Being a moderator I always check few things on every post before giving my final review:

1. Status Club
2. Steemexclusive tag
3. Plagiarism free or not
4. Bot free or not
5. Voting CSI status
6. Quality of Content
7. Mark downs
8. AI detected content or not

Well Nothing is impossible. Any one can be moderator because if I can be then anyone can be, it just need your dedication about work, passion for Steemit Platform.

I remember when I was new, I was weeping because no one is there to help me out but soon I met with 2 Steemians on discord and they helped me a lot and guide me how to work and I had started my journey. Then @ashkhan was focusing on my writing and she became impressed about of presentation of any topic, my consistancy and she offered me moderator job in her community.

So if you want to be moderator in any community so what you can do is :

1. Always consistent on Steemit.
2. Never post copied content
3. Always use Mark down in your post.
4. Try to engage with other people.
5. Always be ready to help of everyone.

Well to be very Frank, I never thought to be moderator but as you know God thinks for you much better so when I was working good, my writing had been appreciated by many Steemians. I got a chance to work in #steemfashion & style by grace of @ashkhan so this is my most favourite community in which I am already moderator.

But as I started my journey in # Hindwhale Community so apart from this I want to be moderate in # Hindwhale Community too along with I want to be moderator in #Steemkids&parents too because it is most active community and I love children and here I get a topic around my bucket list so I want to be moderator in this community as well.

I really enjoyed to be part of this contest. Being a moderator what ever I think about this job, I try to convey to all my Steemian friends hope this will help in somewhere.
