I welcome you all to my steemit blog my today's article is about Discipline we often hear that Discipline must be followed to maintain discipline in Colleges and Institutions. _{👉How do you view discipline?}

I understand that discipline has a very broad meaning.Living by a code of conduct is called discipline. I would even say that every behavior of life which is lived with ethics and rules, rules and regulations is called discipline. I am a teacher and every activity, program in school is done with a certain discipline , goes Children's uniform, classes on time, conducting exams on time, thus training children are all included in discipline.

Discipline helps in leading a better lifestyle. I consider discipline as an important part of life. Discipline in simple words is the name of rules, regulations, lifestyle, laws which are the duty of every individual to follow and whoever does not act according to the discipline must face difficulties and punishment where he is working.

Discipline is very important for success in life. I have lived a very disciplined life during my student days. As a teacher I have always urged students to follow the discipline of school and society. I have been the Chairman of the School Disciplinary Committee for five years and it was my principle that the discipline of the schools should apply to every member and student.

I am proud that I have been the Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee for five years and received the award for the best Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee for five consecutive years from the Education Department of School Paikhel. I understand that punctuality without discipline is difficult if we want to be punctual, if we want to be a successful person then discipline is very important in life and I myself followed the discipline of every organization. And as the chairman of the discipline committee, I have tried my best to implement the discipline of the organization so that we can be successful.

_{👉Do you consider discipline as love or hatred despite how it is given?}

Different people have different views, some people liken discipline to prison and also call it a tool to control freedom and some people prefer to live according to discipline. I have heard many classmates in college and university they say that uniforms are not necessary, thus in many organizations employees consider discipline as a means of punishment, which causes employees to face various kinds of problems. Thus, many people are not in favor of running the system without discipline.

There are people who love discipline and there are also people who find discipline incompatible with freedom, but each one decides according to his own thinking. I think we should live in society with discipline and love because discipline is the name of following rules and some people like it and some people think it is against freedom.

_{👉Do you think discipline is beneficial to kids?}

As a parent and teacher, I find discipline to be very beneficial to children, because discipline forces children to follow a set of rules and practices. Punctuality develops in children. All kinds of negative thinking in children are eliminated even if they go against the principles of living.

Discipline enables children to appreciate teamwork and the values ​​of society and institutions. Discipline in every sense is a very useful tool in making children successful in society. To inculcate positive attitudes in children about eating manners, sitting, walking, talking manners, changing clothes and uniforms, it is necessary to enable children to lead a disciplined life so that they can benefit from it.

In answer to this question, I would say that if you are a father or a head of any institution or a training instructor, always make such soft rules and regulations that aim at the success of the individual and not to impose strictness in the name of discipline. We must take care of the respect, dignity and personal interests of individuals during discipline and we should not make personal or unnecessary criticisms in the guise of discipline.

I would tell the children to everyone that wherever you are, whether you are at home, in school or an employee of a company, there are certain rules and regulations that must be followed in order to bring success in your life. I am I will say that living according to rules and regulations makes a person disciplined and this is the first step to success.
