The developer from Gearbox announced that in the next six weeks, Borderlands 3 will host six True Trials mini-events.
Each week, the developers will select one Proving Grounds Trial and turn it into a True Trial. The final boss of the challenge will get more health and increased damage.
After defeating the boss, players will receive two legendary items: one from the base game, and the second from any add-on. However, only DLC owners will be able to equip the legendary item from the add-on.
At the end of each week, players will also find a chest with legendary items. The first week will start today, May 13, at 19: 00 Moscow Time. The last week will end on June 24 at 19: 00 Moscow Time.
Immediately after the end of the mini-events, the seasonal event Revengence of Revenge of the Cartels will return to the game, but on June 24, the authors promise other updates.
