Green Tree

The pressure of habitat fragmentation will reduce the long-term effectiveness of green tree protection as a refuge for ectomycorrhizal fungi (EMF) species. We tested the size of the minimum reserved area, where the abundance of EMF species (morphological typing by molecular analysis), abundance and reproduction (upper lip sporophyte) matched the internal habitat of Pseudotsuga menziesii on Vancouver Island, Canada. Ten years after logging, the biodiversity of the entire region has changed. The package size gradient (a single tree is up to 0.12 hectares), and in some common electromagnetic fields, the frequency and results are significantly reduced. As a result, the reserved area with an average diameter of 20 m is insufficient to ensure the continuity of mature forest-dependent EMF species. In terms of its scale, at least 3% of the harvested area, it will cover most of the spatial heterogeneity and species diversity of the CEM community.

Although aquatic filamentous fungi play an important basic role in the function of river ecosystems, there is little information about the global distribution of aquatic filamentous fungi; in particular, since the research has not been fully coordinated to the latitude, their diversity the relationship with latitude is still unclear. This study is the first to report the latitude distribution map of the diversity of aquatic planktonic bacteria associated with natural litter species in five streams from the northern subtropics to the tropics. The aging of garbage in mesh bags of three different mesh sizes makes it easier to evaluate the effect of edible garbage containing or excluding useless invertebrates of different sizes. Although each litter type has a significant impact on the local fungal community, the uniformity of aquatic hydrophobes of all litter types is very consistent in each location, and the species richness and biodiversity (expressed in latitude mode) are the same. Hill’s biodiversity and biodiversity are very different from the latitude patterns of most other biological categories. Fungal communities, poor debris, undocumented effects b and our experimental design.
