"SOA Contest: Care of animals."

Assalamu Alaikum friends,
Kindness towards animals is our human duty. We humans are the best creatures of creation. Every animal expects good treatment from us. Today I am going to share my experience in the Season-2 Animal Care organized by @solaymann Bhai of the Steem of Animals community.

Do you have any animals at home? Tell us about them.

I am an animal lover and I have a lot of love for animals. I have several types of animals at home. Some for commercial purposes and some for humane reasons. We raise cows, goats, ducks, chickens for commercial purposes. Dogs, cats for humane reasons.

It would be wrong to say that the purpose of raising cows is only commercial. We use cow dung as the main organic fertilizer in our agriculture and the milk from cows contains various nutrients that are beneficial for the body. Ducks and chickens meet our protein needs, eggs and meat.

How do you take care of animals at home?

Taking care of the animals in my home starts with providing them with a good place to live. It is very cold in our area at the moment. We have arranged a warm place for the animals to live. We provide food to our cows every day at the right time.

We provide raw grass for goats. Goats are more fertile than cows. Goats find grass in the field themselves but are tied up during the agricultural season so that they do not damage the crops. We provide good housing for goats.

Taking care of dogs and cats in our house means only providing food. We find dogs and cats naturally, so they do not need extra care, they become devoted if you feed them.

How to ensure the safety of animals in your house?

There are two types of animal safety in our house, one is security from theft and the other is security from disease. We make our cattle shed with cement, so our cattle and goats are quite safe from thieves.

We do not miss our efforts to protect them from illness. We vaccinate them regularly (foot and mouth disease, deworming, etc.).

However, there is another danger for goats and ducks and chickens, which is the scourge of foxes, which often attack ducks, chickens and goats. We have to be aware of fox attacks to protect them.

Share your opinion to end discrimination against animals.

It is more important for people to be humane to eliminate discrimination against animals. To treat animals kindly, we have to show love for animals.

We have to increase awareness to eliminate discrimination against animals so that people have compassion for animals. To eliminate discrimination against animals, the law must be properly implemented. Most of the time, we discriminate against ownerless animals. We attack them unnecessarily and without any reason, which is not humane. Our awareness can eliminate discrimination against animals.
