Greetings to you all my respected steemians. How are you today? I hope you are all fine as I am. I appreciate @shahariar1 for organising and sustaining this contest. For this week's contest, I have decided to draw a brown cow and below are the details of my drawing.

Cow is a large domestic female animal that has four legs and two horns. It is a mammal and good in milk production. Cow is herbivorous animal which means that they primarily eat grass for survival and strength.

Benefit of cows

• It produced milk
• Source of food (Protein)
• Source of income
• it's poo can serve as manure.
• its skin is a raw material for the production of shoes, belts, bags, etc.
• Cows can be used for labour

Fact About Cows

• Cows can sleep while standing
• Cows like staying in groups.
• Cows can see very wide ( almost 360 degrees)
  A cow is a ruminant animal.
• There are over 800 breeds of cow.

Materials For Drawing

• A4 paper
• Pencil
• Colour
• Eraser
• Sharpener

Step 1
I began the drawing of my cow from the head. I first drew the face, followed by the ears. I then drew the mouth, eyes and the nostril. Lastly in this step, I drew the hump and the brisket

Step 2
I drew the back of the cow, its forelegs and hoof. I also drew the stomach, naval flap and the teats.

Step 3
I drew the hind legs with its hoof and I also drew the tail of the cow. At this step, I completed the drawing or sketching of the cow.

Step 4
At this step, I started shading the cow. I first shaded the foreudder, teats, the naval flap and the inside view of the thigh.

Step 5
I shaded the hind legs, the back and parts of the cow's leg using brown colour.

Step 6
I completed the shading of the tail and I also shaded the hoof of the hind legs.

Step 7
I shaded the remaining parts of the cow, including its hump, brisket forelegs and hoof.

Step 8
I shaded the face of the cow. I also shaded its ears and horns with brown and yellow colours.

Step 9
I shaded the nostril and mouth of the cow with pencil and colours.

Step 10
I completed my drawing today by shading the eyes of the cow with a yellow colour and pencil.
