My day usually starts in the morning, doing curation activities for the Seven Network and Steem Lens communities. Then I leave between 8:00 and 9:00 am, the reason is that earlier it is still cold, I am at an altitude close to 1200 meters above sea level. Although occasionally I act brave and leave earlier.

My essential equipment in order of importance is: my water bottle, camera and backpack with some other tools. I go out to hike a somewhat steep mountain, and I take the opportunity to capture photos of interesting elements that catch my attention and then publish in various Steemit communities, depending on the theme.

I dedicate a large part of my photos to landscapes and animals for one of my passions, macro photography. This Saturday the 29th, I took photos of crops and insects because being an area with a lot of vegetation it is easy to get very close to them.

My photographic tour began with a pair of young cows (in Venezuela we call them "BECERROS", (calves)) and my attention was immediately captured by a group of bees sucking on the flowers.
Then, several meters later, I stopped to hydrate and photograph insects in a bend that they take advantage of to sunbathe. You can see beetles and some nymphs in the larval stage.

Personally, walking and photography are my favorite daily activities, because in addition to doing for my well-being and health, I develop photography skills by capturing different shots.

It really is relaxing and sometimes even a more spiritual experience for me, as it connects me with the beauty, variety and life energy of nature and animals.
