Assalamualaikum all of my friends. How are you all? I hope you all are well. I am also fine. Today I'm going to participate in the Engagement Challenge S11W3 in the "Steem of Animals" community on the topic "My favorite Fable". I found today's Engagement contest very educational for which I thank the "Steem of Animals" community team and at the same time I am going to present my post to you.

What is my favorite fiction and why is it my favorite?

My favorite fable is the story of hare and tortoise racing which I have read many times from my text book and this story is quite common which almost all people know. Even now when I teach my students I read this story from their textbooks.

The reason why this story is my favorite is the way in which the arrogant rabbit is defeated by a slow tortoise in the race. Moreover, from this story, we can eliminate various problems that are going on in our current society and those problems are thinking yourself bigger than other people. The story shows how the arrogant are defeated which is why I love this story so much.

Did fairy tales teach me anything?

There is much to learn from this fairy tale. What I have learned from it is to never think of yourself as much bigger than others. Moreover, I also learned that self-confidence is good but overconfidence is not good. As overconfident the hare lost to the tortoise due to rest alone. On the other hand, due to proper self-confidence, the tortoise won the race. There is another lesson to be learned from this fable and that is to never think of the opposite side or the enemy as weak.

The said education has had a positive effect on my life because from now on I never consider myself superior to others and move in society maintaining brotherhood with all people, big, small, rich, poor which is good for me and other people.

The fairy tale taught me and my student to be unassuming and to discard overconfidence.

How many more fictions have I heard through their fictions?

The story I remember most is the one about the hare and the tortoise racing. Also I read many more stories about animals and they are;

  • The story of the lion and the frog,
  • The story of the wise fox and the foolish crow,
  • "Grape Fruit Sour" story of the fox,
  • The story of the bear and the man or a bear and two friends,
  • The story of the little bird and the ant in which the little bird saved the ant by dropping a leaf from the tree. On the other hand, the small ant saved the life of the bird by biting the leg of the hunter with the gun.

All the incidents mentioned above are in my memory and all the incidents are very instructive which I will always remember.

Since my childhood till now I have read the above mentioned fables from books.

If I were a father, what fables would I tell my children?

If I ever become a father, I will tell my children all the above-mentioned fairy tales. Because the stories contain proper lessons that will positively impact my child's life, I will tell them all the stories along with the lessons in the stories.

But among these two stories, "Rabbit and Tortoise Race Competition" and "A Bear and Two Friends" are the two stories I tell them more and I myself tell these two stories more in front of my students. Because there are many lessons in both stories that I think are important for children to know.

I will always tell my children instructive stories by listening to which they can gain more knowledge and get better education.

Conclusion

Story However, if the teaching of story is good then it is acceptable to us. These fables about animals are funny and interesting because the stories are presented with such characters. The story of Oscar teaches us to be selfless and benevolent which is why we need to know these stories.

Hola amigo 👋
