Assalamu Alaikum everyone. Today I will be participating in the Steemit Engagement Challenge S11W5 hosted by the Steem of Animals community. Where we have been presented with a challenge on Steem, Say no to animal abuse. I think animal cruelty is an abhorrent crime. I am sharing with you my reaction to this abominable treatment of animals through this contest.

1️⃣ What is the meaning of the expression "Do not disturb our dwelling"?

What I mean by the expression "don't disturb our habitat" is that the safe habitat of the animals should not be destroyed. This expression expresses that meaning. I would like to give an explanation in this matter. God didnt create this world just for humans. In addition to God creating humans. He also created all the animals and birds to live in this world. According to the laws of nature, people consider a brick house as a safe place. Similarly, animals also consider forests as their safe habitat.

But there are some unscrupulous people like us who are making the habitat of these innocent animals unfit by destroying forests. Which may threaten the habitat of these innocent animals in the future. I think that just as humans have the right to live in this world all the animals on earth also have the right to live freely. Every human being should protect all the animals around us. so that their habitats are not destroyed. So we all should refrain from disturbing the habitat of animals.

2️⃣ Have you found abuse of animals around you? Share it with us and explain why it happened.

Yes. I have seen animal abuse happening right next to my house. A few days ago, four dogs lived in front of my house. I love animals very much. Since I have three pet cats in my house my immense love for the dogs in my neighborhood also works. I tried to feed the dogs every day. Dogs would wait for me by the door of my house every day to give such food.

The people around my flat began to criticize these street dogs very badly. In general, they don't like my love for animals. One day on the way home from office, I saw one of the four dogs who had hit the dog's leg with a knife. The dog is bleeding from the leg. I gave first aid at home. I also provided him with enough good food that the dog would not become weak.

After the dog recovered & I found out that the owner of the flat above me had done this disgusting thing. After learning this, I realized that no one liked the stray dogs living around the building. So they committed this heinous crime to chase the dogs away. Currently the dogs are healthy and after a few days they changed the area and are living elsewhere by themselves.

3️⃣ Is there a practical form of legal system adopted by the government of your country that regulates human actions towards animals? How it is formed to explain

It is true that there is a legal system adopted by the government of Bangladesh, but its practical form is not much. But it is true that animal lovers have increased in Bangladesh now than ever before and all animal lovers have become conscious about the care of pets whether it is street animals or pets at home. For example, there are many organizations in Bangladesh who have been agitating for the safe housing of street dogs for some time. Which is visible to the Bangladesh government.

Then a law pass by the government of Bangladesh came into force. And that law is anyone who kills or mutilates an animal unjustly shall be punished with imprisonment or a fine. However most of the times I have heard about animal abuse in the news most of them have been fined. I think if we are a kinder towards these helpless animals. Then animals will not have to be abused by these humans.

4️⃣ If you had to come up with a slogan to end animal abuse what would it be?

I have always against animal abuse. Because I have mentioned before that animals have right to live in this world beautifully. I thing now is the time to take a stand against abuse the animal. While the animal live as pets in our home are safe. Then we should be careful about the animals that are on the streets. Public awareness should be raised about them. so that animal are not to any kind of torture.

All animals on Earth are a part of our society. I think people betray but a faithful dog never betrays. If we treat animals kindly, they will behave kindly towards us. So I hope the world will stop animal abuse. In this context, the slogan I made is "Don't torture animals, love them".
