Hello everyone.
I am glad to be here to present my favorite exercise to you.

Before I begin.
WHAT IS EXERCISE:
Exercise is the physical activity we engage in that requires all the part of the body to improve our health and maintain fitness.
BENEFITS OF EXERCISING:
~It lowers blood pressure.
~it makes you feel more energetic.
~it reduces the risk of heart attack.
~it makes you to make stronger bones, muscle and joints.
MY FAVORITE EXERCISE:
I started exercising alot during the lock down period because I was really adding weight normally I'm skinny and I prefer to be that way for a long time.
Everyday I engage in intensive exercises,I do have an app I follow and I do take three sections per day to maintain a healthy body.
Along side I was eating healthy.
I do exercise for 1 hour a day or if I want it to be intense then 1 hour 30 minutes.
I have 4 favorite exercises I love because it works immediately like you can actually feel it working.
1.SQUATS:
I really love squats alot because it does not require any equipments except you want to be intense but squats can be done anywhere within your comfort and you can fill the muscles and joints working
BENEFITS OF SQUATS:
~Squats lift the butt.
~Squats helps to build a better balance and improve your posture.
~Squats burn fat as well as tones the muscles.
2.LUNGES:
I love the lunges exercise because it concentrate more on the legs and make it look firm and attractive.
BENEFITS OF LUNGES:
~Lunges increase your flexibility.
~lunges strengthen your legs and buttocks.
~Lunges help you to achieve proper body balance and coordination.
3.PLANKS:
Plank exercise have helped me alot because it burns belly fat fast and helps to shape your waist.
BENEFITS OF PLANKS:
~Planks improve metabolism.
~planks help to burn fat in the belly and make tummy tight.
~planks lower the risk of back pain
4CRUNCHES
Crunches exercise helps me to put my whole body into work I love this exercise because it makes my body active.
BENEFITS OF CRUNCHES:
~It burn more calories in the body.
~it improves the flexibility of the muscles.
CONCLUSION:
Exercise is really good for the body apart from healthy food you also need exercise to keep fit.
For a start 30 minutes per day is not a bad daily plan but once you get use to it you will not want to stop.
