After many days, I woke up this morning. The morning weather is really awesome. As well as the joy of seeing the morning sky. All in all awesome☕

MORNING SKY
Staying at home all day does not make you want to sleep easily at night. Besides, when I wake up at night to watch a movie or listen to music, I wake up and wake up at twelve o'clock in the afternoon. As a result, having dinner at midnight or having breakfast at midday is becoming a routine. But the body is being damaged. Going back to normal life at the end of the holidays, I am getting sick due to frequent changes in this routine.
01.Basic adhere to a routine. Do not go to bed at five in the morning or wake up at noon.
Do not get up in the morning and sleep less. So go to bed at night. A couple of hours of normal routine can be back and forth. But that should not be sky-deep.
02.Don't always carry a laptop or mobile. Work at least one hour a day. It can be exercise or housework. The body will be clean.
03.Like eating time. Especially breakfast and dinner.
04.Specify the screen time. You can spend your leisure time reading books or doing any other hobby.
