Ethical hunting practices

The practice of hunting should always be ethical, aiming at conserving wildlife, being humane and ecologically sustainable. Responsible hunters do not break the law, they do not hunt inoffensive species out of season, and they target animals whose population numbers are sufficient to allow for hunting. To reduce pain to the animal as much possible, hunting is done in a swift and organized manner, and the hunted animal is used in its entirety. Respect towards the ground is diverse, as landowners sometimes need to be asked for permission, and care is taken not to disturb the environment. Hunters are not the only individuals who need to take care, moreover, Hunters should also care about civilians in their surroundings. Additionally, they realize that they have a role to play in supporting biodiversity and therefore participate in conservation activities. Hunting also allows for a harmonious coexistence of people with nature and reassures that natural resources remain for future use.
