Animal Adaptation
Adapting animal her life in certain aspects- its behavior, biological features or existing processes that help a particular species to exist in specific environments. Adaptation can take many forms, structural as in a giraffe having a long neck to assist with the reaching of shrubbery which is scarce or migratory behaviors, such as flying to warmer climates in winter. Some animals are able to utilize a form of concealment, blending into their environment in order to evade mistakes made by predators, while others might have specialized appendages for other activities like a fast-legged cheetah hunting down prey. Adaptations can also be physiological such as that of the camel where its body is able to manage and store water in a much more efficient way. These processes take place as time progresses from one generation to another such that diversity and change in the ecosystem keeps other species alive and very much represented on earth.
