SEC S6W4: "The Diary Game (Sunday 18th Dec, 2022): My Daily Experiences - Sharing the Message of Hope With My Neighbors and Watching the Final World Cup Qater 2022.

I hope you're doing well, as for me I'm great, and it's my delight to join this week's engagement contest. Today I will share my last Sunday experience with you, it was simply awesome!

I'm always grateful each day I woke up healthy and strong, I mean I'm no better than those who have passed away or woke up in the hospital, so for me it is grace! Moreover, Each day comes with different experiences, ranging from good or bad, fun, or annoying, ordinary or extraordinary, while some are just unforgettable!

Last Sunday was amazing 🤩 I did what I haven't done for the past two years and I watch the final world cup in the evening and it was simply fun! Stay tuned as I uncovered.

Sundays are worshipping days in this part of the world, especially for Christians and our Christian gathering is normally 8:30 Am, so I woke up early and prepared for the meeting so that we won't be late. I prepared Rice and Stew for breakfast, and we got ready and left for the Christian meeting, the meeting was divided into two parts the public discourse and the consideration of our public journal; the watchtower study.

We were reminded how to have a happy marriage/family that husbands should love and cherish their wives as themselves they should love their wives to the extent of dying for them. Wives were reminded to have deep respect for their husbands, they're complement to their husbands. Children were to obey their parents and parents love and care for their children and properly discipline them, we were all urged to be forgiving and let love rule. As always the meeting was so refreshing!

After the meeting I stayed back to take the message of hope to my neighbors, it's been more than two good years since I do this, (I mean preaching from house to house) and it was due to COVID-19 but the rule was relaxed 1st of October this year, but I couldn't go out since my baby was still tender.

I was so happy to share the message of hope with people, I helped them to know a time is coming when we will experience true peace and happiness, where war, sickness and death will be no more. I spent 2hrs then we came back home, I took care of my baby and I ate Garri and afang soup as lunch and then I watch one movie before I slept off.

There was power shortage in the evening so we had to on our generator in order to view the final world cup match between Argentina and France. It was an interesting match, Argentina score 2 goals to nill during the first half. France draw the goal during second half the full 90mins finished at 2:2 then the both teams scores during the extra time to make the match 3:3.

It was night already, and guess what? I didn't support any team because I wanted to enjoyed the match to the fullest, though something in me wanted France to win. Hahaha 🤣 I mean those Young boys really tried, their energy was something else. Well, experience matters too, Argentina won through penalty 4:2 Wow Argentina took the trophy 🏆 home. it was both an emotional and a happy moment for them, after 36years since they won world cup, History has it that Maradona was the captain then, so Messi broke the history, for me it was well deserved.

The Award ceremony was amazing! The the young player award was given to Enzo Fernandez, golden Glove Award was given to E Martinez the Argentina goalkeeper, Kylian Mbappe won the adidas golden boot award

Gosh this young guy is so talented, he scored 4 goals in one match. Then Lionel Messi was given adidas golden ball award, he deserved it, he's experience and good at what he knows how to do best. Then Medals was given to the two football teams, France Silver medals While Argentina were given Gold 🥇 medals.

The moment for the handling over of the main trophy arrived. FIFA president hand over the trophy to Lionel Messi of Argentina, the team captain, they were overjoyed! personally I enjoyed every bit of it, my kids didn't allow me to watch again they changed to their favorite cartoon station, I showered and took fruits as dinner and retired for the day.
