Today I have the honor to present to you my participation in the interesting contest prepared by the community of #RecreativeSteem, where they invite us to give our points of view concerning the subject "Internet, my best ally".

What activities do you do online?

There are lots of fun activities to do while on the Internet. I can watch my favorite TV shows, chat with friends, and even learn fascinating things about the world. Whenever I want to know more about a topic, I can do some research online.

Also, most of the time I blog on Steemit because I found a family of spirit and heart there. Basically.

Of course, I write to pass on a little of what I know in several fields and especially in blockchain and cryptocurrency, to share my passion on a larger scale, to make people think, to help in my own way, to contribute to something that is a matter of collective intelligence and knowledge. And then, quite simply because writing, I love that. I confess :)

But, over time, I understood that what really motivated me was elsewhere. By connecting to Steemit, I connect to a family of minds, souls, hearts. This family shares with me the curiosity, the reflection, the doubt sometimes, the desire to know and to understand always more. She often reveals herself personally and that sincerely touches me. It is in humanity and its richness, its complexity.

Since what age did you start using the Internet? How much do you use it every day?

I have known the computer since I was a child, and the first device was in the house in 2000, and at that time my brother was preparing a master's thesis in a British university remotely.

Internet connection in Tunisia came late, around the end of 2003 and the days before that, 1999-2000. People used to call via the telephone line, and it was expensive at a ridiculous price. When you make a net connection, you hear a beep, then you wait for a while until the first page appears, and it used to be the "yahoo page". In the year 2007, I created my first forum through the free forums system, and from the wit I thought that the PHP language is a program that creates vb forums for you because it was a forum revolution at the time .. After that, I created more than 10 free forums with different names, including the high school in which I was working ..

Since that time, I became addicted to the Internet and learned programming, and I have not left the field until now.. It was good days.

The negatives are due to the wrong use, it may cause noise through the communication of unwanted people, addiction to some bad sites, and most importantly, it isolates us from family and social sessions, so you find some holding their phones in a way that does not respect others.

Likewise, the problems of hacking, violating the privacy of others, and stealing their money, this is a serious matter.. There are some silly articles that may frustrate their readers. And the video clips that became strangely spread, so they started filming everything and showing it to us. Bullying increased, scandals spread, and bad things spread due to some immature behavior. There are also fake companies and incorrect websites related to currency trading that must be wary of.

What benefits has the internet brought to your life?

It helped me a lot to use a number of programs to improve my montage and mixing skills, and to use the scanner. It helped me increase my knowledge, as if the vastness of the world was in my hands. I practiced most of my hobbies through this magic-like technology, so I got books, movies, series, and pictures, and I made electronic payments.

I get my job through my e-mail, so sometimes I don't have to go anywhere.. I learned to make cocktails, sweets and cooking.. I dated a number of people and got to know the cultures of the world through dating sites and live broadcast sites, so we were brought together by an audio room from Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia and Jordan .. We all talk It is as if we are in the same room.. Technology has helped me hone and develop my writing talent through the presence of a dictionary, translator, and search icons for any mental or physical illness.. Technology is more than wonderful if we use it in the right ways.
