To everyone in the lovely community of Recreational Steem, I hope you are all well. I wish you blessings. So today in this community I want to present my participation in this week's contest of Steemit Engagement Challenge S4-W2 : Healthy Routine. So it's a pleasure to link to this second week and I'll tell you part of my daily routine to stay healthy.

1- What moves you each day to go out into the world to fulfill your responsibilities?

I wake up every day with the desire to do something for myself. I am single but I have responsibilities. I work on steemit from my home and keep my garden beautiful. With this extra contract I make cakes from home. I grow flowers and I fulfill many responsibilities.

All people still have many responsibilities in life. So it is our responsibility to fulfill them. If you want to conquer life, you have to do all the tasks of daily life to fulfill those responsibilities. We have to face the problems that come in our life and do the necessary things to make our life meaningful. If I tell you how I complete my responsibilities, I wake up early in the morning and finish all my activities. I do all my responsibilities. Prepare breakfast and engage in the rest of the day's activities.

2- What things do you do or what methods do you use to keep yourself balanced? Explain (health, beauty, fitness, sport, devotion).

First of all, staying healthy is very important for us and keeping a good mind is very important. Keeping our health good is very important for us. Therefore, exercise can keep our body weight and our mind in good shape. So for example walking and exercising daily is necessary.

I wake up early in the morning and after that finish my activities and engage in exercise. My health I renew it by playing. Ama is always exercising. Keeping my body beautiful is my passion. Some days I feel a lot of pain but I like to reach my goal. So I always think about my health.

3- Do you feel there are things you can improve in your routine? Mention them.

There are always many things we can improve in our lives. I often walk in the morning and I always think that it activates my body. Humans cannot be perfect. Humans have some flaws. So we have to try hard to complete our life.

I always follow nutritious food morning, noon and night. I am a fast food person so I have grown vegetables in my home garden. So I eat vegetables that are available in my house.

I have a snack for dinner so I keep my body in good shape. My weight was 45 and height was 5.2. That's why my weight is so good because I always exercise.

4- Would you like to add any other routine to your life? What would it be?

Yes, I would love to add another routine to my life. I always cycle and I do cycling as my exercise. Another thing is that I spend time with my family. I'm on tour and I think that's my break. I try to relax at all times.

5- Are you satisfied with your current lifestyle or do you think it could be improved?

Yes I am satisfied with my current lifestyle. I am content to live a healthier life and support my family. We have to face all the problems in our life. So we should always try to work in such a way that we don't have to face problems.

In my life I try to change many things. I always try to help others. I'm glad I tried everyone. And living a good life. So I am always happy with my family so I thank God first.

6- Which of the routines you perform would you recommend?"

First of all, seek God. Talk to God every day and start the day by talking to Him when you wake up in the morning. So if you want to be healthy, wake up in the morning. Always exercise. You should walk every day. We should not waste time. We must overcome all our problems and move forward.

When some problems arise in our life, we should take proper measures for them. It is important to always help people whenever you can. You must have plans for the day. Always try to work with time.

Conclusion

Keeping a well-nourished body is very important for us. Therefore, we should always follow health practices. We are good with all people. So it's a pleasure to share a part of my life with you.

You must be good in sport. Indeed exercise help us to grow thealthier which is the reason why Doctors often encourage us to be doing some exercise as to keep our body fit. Indeed you have written so well about your routine from publishing post on Steemit, to watering of your gardens and doing exercises is a great thing. I wish you best of luck.
