What would you do if you were the operator of the steemcurator01 account?

Becoming a Steemian who runs a @steemcurator01 account is the highest achievement of Steemians in Steemit. It is an extraordinary task. With this task, we can help curate quality and original posts that are shared on Steemit. And I will curate every day with heart and love.

And if this happens, I will do the same thing as Steemcurator01 and Steemcurator02 are doing today. And they have made a good contribution to Steemit by curating for quality post, original, and creative, joining a club both within the community and outside the community.

What would be your criteria for selecting an author's publication and rewarding it?

The post criteria that I curate are posts that have the hashtag steemexclusive, original, and free from any form of plagiarism. And setting a payout of 25% of posts for @null is also my criterion for curating.

In curating, I don't only look at the quality of the posts. But several other elements about Steemian will get curated from me as well. I will consider a Steemian who is committed to power-ups, committed to writing, and has a good track record. Like never doing a power-down and plagiarism.

What type of content would you dedicate more percentage of vote to it?

For this type of content, I'm more interested in educational posts, Steem promotional posts, and the game diary. The posts under hashtags have produced many great writers in Steemit today. I will also curate introductory posts that meet my criteria for curation.

How would you ensure that the potential of the curated account is maximized?

Maximizing the potential of a curated account is done by managing time. What has been done today has been very good. There were two curation times. And before Mana is 100%, I have prepared post data that will be curated along with the reasons why I have to vote for the post.

How many people would operate the account to make it work properly?

In my opinion, it would be better if the Steemcurator01 account was operated by two people. If two people run this account when someone is unable to be replaced by another. The second consideration is that the more often we curate, the easier it will be for us to know the track record of a Steemian. Because curating is not just pressing the upvote button, there is one more activity in it, namely reading. I learned a lot from the educational comments from the Steemcurator01 and Steemcurator02 accounts in the comments column for Steemian friends.

Would you disclose your identity or prefer anonymity?

It cannot be denied that we cannot please everyone. In curating, we cannot please everyone. It is because there are criteria that I have to follow in curating. And I'm more comfortable as an anonymous curator. It makes my mentality and mind freer in curating. When my status is anonymous, no one bothers my mind.

Being a curator is not an easy thing as some people imagine. In curating, various criteria and considerations must be met. And If you have curated through one of The Steemcurator's accounts, you will understand what I am saying. It is because, in voting, many things must be considered.
