The Three Wise Men and their Modern Gifts

The wise men were more than three, the scripture says they were wise but theological and some biblical scholars has it that they were three seeing the number of gift they presented and each of them presented it individually.

We are three, and amongst them is @nsijoro, a very knowledgeable man who has a deep understanding of the chemistry of life in connection with spirituality. So I will present before the master of the universe, baby Jesus, the element MERCURY.*

Many called it liquid metal. I called it the element that brings connection; there are corners solid metals cannot pass, but it can. It's capable of coming together and becoming whole even without welding; you just need to bring the separated parts together and see the magic transformation, the element whose movement in the capillary tube is an indication of a rise in the baby's temperature, and I am sure it could also rise if anyone with harm is fast approaching, the likes of HEROD, the king. In connection with spirituality, it is believed that this element is capable of sending wild spirits away; nothing evil or contaminable should be near baby Jesus; this is the reason I will present this gift before him.

Seeing the star in the far east from where we reside I stood up from my bed, we had finished the lab experiment earlier that day and dispersed to our different rooms facing the position of the star. Since we all had a hectic day, I decided not to bother my fellow scientist about this; they may wake up not understanding what I am insinuating, so I kept studying and making a few observations from my periscope, writing down the coordinates and marking the terrace in the terrains, and lo, this star is from Bethlehem of Judah. It has been the brightest since I was born, almost beating the intensity of the sun.

I slept off after packaging my gift for baby Jesus, waiting for the next day to tell my colleagues about my visiting Jerusalem to find the messiah, and lo, while preparing, I heard a knock on the door that sounded as if it were a double knock. On opening it, we have my colleague with a gift. Out of curiosity, I decided to ask what it was for, and simultaneously they responded, "We are heading to Jerusalem to find THE MESSIAH; it is obvious that he is born." This puts a shiver through my spine; truly the saying SCIENTIST DON'T SLEEP is reality.

I presented before them my coordinates, and theirs were the same as mine. Remember, stars don't show clearly in daylight, so we waited till evening so we could begin our journey and follow the right routes.

Initially we knew the way to Bethlehem, so it was easier, but the exact location of his birthplace was where we traced out, and surely we reached and presented the gift to baby Jesus. HEROD'S spell and sugarcoated words were not able to compel our returning back to him and following the same route to tell him the messiah's birthplace because of the presence of MERCURY.
