Navigating Through The Personalities' Achievement

Once, I came across a post questioning the possibility of an introvert being successful. The message of the post was a bit unclear, perhaps to urge introverts to be a bit more verbal in their dealings.

Introvert: a person with the personality of keeping to themselves and interacting with small group of people
Extrovert: a person with the personality of being outgoing and active in large gathering activities.

Well, differences in personality might not matter in an individual's success or achievement. It seems unnecessary to liken the achievement of a particular person's social preference.
No one would dispute the fact that with an extrovert's outgoing and bubbly attitude, it is possible for him or her to go out, connect with people and somehow get a life changing opportunity.

Also, in another perspective and with the level of technology and digital skills, it is possible for the introvert to sit at home with his/her device and hit big.

It might not be right to say it depends on the type of personality, but it all depends on our attitudes, in which consistency belongs to.
Imagine an extrovert getting a job opportunity or a contract, then he goes ahead to display some kind of negligence for so long or he goes ahead to display some sort of ignorance towards his business, wouldn't it flop?? Of course, it would.
No one is taking sides here, so therefore an introvert could also choose to show these bad attitudes in his or her virtual presence on the net. It might become discouraging and annoying to his clients, especially if they can't reach their online employee on time or at expected time

It might not be an easy feat at the beginning, but it is better to get encouraged to put a good attitude to practice, especially consistency and commitment.
