Yes it's hard, but you have to try again and again. There are so many meditation techniques, find wich one works better for you, be lovefull with yourself. Some days we have good meditations, other days not, but that has no importance, the important is to keep working, try to be ecuanimous, blesses for You ❤️🙏🏼😁
