Si estuviera a dieta, no habría un plátano en esa comida.
Mi compromiso personal es bajar la ingesta de carbohidratos, harinas y azúcar.
Me está costando mucho dejar el azúcar y me genera una ansiedad tremenda, ayer comí más que nunca y aunque se muy bien que cuando logro eliminarla el bienestar es incomparable, un día cualquiera tomo un dulce, un postre, una delicia y sin darme cuenta mi conducta se hace adictiva y vienen las excusas.

i feel you,but take it slowy.soon you will manage to control it and your body can adapt to it. after i cut my sugar and carbs i find myself irritable on everything haha I'm dizzy but later on it fade away and I'm not that hungry for anything sweet

Te equivocas!!! La fruta NO engorda!!! Y el platano hasta donde yo se, es una fruta😁 te recomiendo que veas en YouTube o leas los artículos de un nutricionista que se llama Julio Basulto. Explica todo muy bien y todo muy documentado. Hay muchas charlas suyas en YouTube y ha escrito varios libros échale un vistazo. Pon Julio Basulto fruta en Google y verás como lo importante no es hacer dieta si no comer bien, y el plato de la foto parece muy saludable! Platano incluido 😂😂 de no ser que lo hayas frito, 🙄🙄🙄. Por cierto los zumos no son igual de saludables, y los smothies son lo peor!!! Saludos!!

Yo tengo que estar de acuerdo contigo, no soy amiga de las dietas y me emociona cuando los resultados son estar satisfecha, no tener ansiedad y sentirme con una gran vitalidad. El plátano en efecto es saludable aunque en el régimen Keto tiene un aporte importante de calorías que en combinación con otras cosas que comemos en el día hacen una diferencia pero no en el peso sino en lo hormonal.
Es allí donde nos embroma pero yo prefiero sacrificar cualquier otro ingrediente que el plátano, eso es mi felicidad en las comidas.
