The Haka is a ritual dance of the Māori. Often interpreted exclusively as a war dance, however, haka means nothing more than "dance" or "song with dance" and is therefore a general term for all types of Māori dances. One day I will join a original Haka masterclass... that is on my bucket-list.

That looks like some great vocal training for an emcee singer like me, and the body movements would definitely add to the arsenal of when I perform certain lines, really cool video. If you're not passionate about what you do, you can't make an impact or inspire others or influence, but you go 100 % in. Thanks for sharing

I haven't seen them live yet but researched it after I saw videos from a rugby team or a school full of boys doing it to honour a teacher. I could use the training cos would have to "jump over my shadow" to be so expressive in front of people 😇
