A candidate does not need to tick all the boxes on your checklist to be the "best candidate". I learned that if you want the best talent, stop looking for perfection. It does not exist ! Focus on the value a person can bring. Look for passion and potential.

Middle words are very much eye catching and learning for me. I have not think in that way while choosing candidate in interview. It's really important that anyone would not fulfill all the tick mark and this really don't exist. So obviously we need to look for the value addition and pasion. Well said and some couple of nice photography of the moment. Without knowing German the interaction and attitude towards the task is really appreciate which you have mentioned.

Yes that’s my energizer motivation flash mob time by the new openings outside and inside. The pic up left was in Taichung ( Taiwan 🇹🇼). Second if I remember right was in Mexico City 🇲🇽 oder Kiev etc...! This was my way to show with the team to our guest how happy we are to having them in our stores. A really fun time 🎉🎊✨🤩
