I dealt with eating for some time.
I searched for the optimal dish or nutritional strategy (way of eating. But there doesn't exist the only strategy, for me there is a bunch. A mix of everything in a good dose, which is not too little but also not too much, healthy and quickly cooked.
So I start a little journey with a selection of my all-time favorite fast dish.
This little dish is the start of my journey with #Quicklunches.
It’s called "Papet Vaudois"
Translated it’s as mash.
Its a traditionally Swiss dish. I add rolled barley, because I like it so much and it saturates well. There Is also a kind of boiled sausage called “Saucisson”, which you can buy. Its already finished and you can simmer add it if you want.
#Quicklunches recipe: Sauté the leek for 5-8 minutes, add potatoes cut into cubes and the rolled barley, sauté for 3 minutes briefly
and deglaze with 1/2 dl of white wine and vegetable broth, cook for 15 minutes.
