... is to balance the world-class customer service experience of the customer and the revenue we share to the company.

Keeping the habit of providing exceptional call handling and hitting sales-metrics should always be observed in each and every calls we take.

Sales perspective: Imagine this thought that you own the company so each transactions you provide the customer should always be an added revenue to the organization you are working for.

To completely balance it, one must be able to provide that your products and services are the answers to the customers extreme needs through your discovery questions.

On the other hand, providing total customer satisfaction is necessary by ensuring prompt service, no-delays, reliability, comprehensive start-up walkthrough and the value for what they are paying for aside from the total savings that they will get especially these challenging times.

Making the Christmas trees on both sides an example of two most important things we should consider being a customer service representative.
