... mom initiated the move to start getting old clothes that are no longer being used to donate it to the typhoon victims.
Then she started collecting from our neighbors. Then I went home here to give my old clothes too.
She coordinated with her Black Scorpion Confraternity to organize the recipient of this charitable work.
This will be given this December 12 in Talahib, Batangas.
Recently, our country was hit by one super typhoon by another in just 2-3 days gap.
It resulted from collapsed homes and floods in most part of the whole country. It also devastated some vegetations which can result in the loss of supplies of some foods in our country.
Our small efforts would mean a huge impact to the lives of other people.
This would also be my entry to the APXMAS Challenge because the real meaning of Christmas is "Giving".
Our hearts are filled with joy just starting this movement.
What more if we see the smiles and the joy on the recipients faces once they get these gifts from us.
Included here are not just used clothes, some are new, some are unsold items for online selling from one of our neighbors, there are shampoos, bath soaps, lotion and other toiletries too.
I hope there would be others to be inspired and do the same.
