Dear APPICS friends! Today I want present you an another music piece, which was ...

... written by the german barock composer Johann Pachebel in the 17th century. It is probably his famoust piece and it called " Canon in D".
An interesting and important fact is that the left hand repeats itself throughout the piece. This is called basso ostinato.

There exist so many variato s and arrangements of this piece, even the pop musicians used some elements of it.

Fun fact: I only found out about this piece after I heard about Coolio's Song "C U when I get where" which came out in 1997.😁At this time, I like to hear this Song and was very surprised, that Coolios used elements from a barock piece from the 17th century! 😯

And now: Enjoy! 🎼🎵🎶
