We don't have that here on the east coast. Not a Brick & Mortar location yet at least. Not speaking of sites that mail clones and cuttings.

I think a nursery is where the money will be made. Lots will try to grow flower, but only a few will provide clones.

Nurseries require a lot of laws to be sorted out. Some states license how many plants your business can grow. A clone shop could get really expensive fast.
Great idea for sure, but in practice it's going to be hard for many to own such a delightful place.
