... bbq ribs! During all these years since i’ve turned pro, along the way i was learning what it is to be a chef. It’s not that easy to take a knife and a pan and just cook. First thing you need is imagination, yes just that one we all had when we were kids. Kitchen is my playground, the reason i have this passion, came from my mom, since i was a kid, whenever she prepared smh, i’ve been messing around, childhood happiness. But as always life has its own course for all of us, it just depends from you where it will lead. After i suffered a big loss, living without mom, is really heavy thing, but in that moment of darkness, we need to find our passion, our happiness, gratitude, love, and above all, to make our loved ones proud, that way i found myself as a chef in remembrance of her. You don’t need to be a professional chef to cook like a pro, you just need to have passion that drives you. Never be scared to try smh new, never be scared to cook to a chef or to your friends, if you love to cook, that would be more then enough, i dare you to try, cause thats how i started. And now i’m a professional executive chef of 2 restaurants. As a chef you need to have that imagination, to expand taste palette, i made my own bbq dry spice rub, my own bbq sauce, i hope Heinz wouldn’t mind this, but i believe my sauce is better, ingredients are slightly different, but passion is right on point. Everything you do in life, everything you want to achieve, be passionate about it, it will turn out as you wanted, or even better. Every restaurant i worked in this was a spot on dish, juicy meat falling of the bone with a glass of cold draft beer, and spicy wedges. Delicious! 👨‍🍳
