Love message to myself. ❤️ I have already prepared everything for tomorrow's start ...

... so that my morning can start stress-free and beautiful. The lime slices in the water can steep overnight. Limes contain a variety of minerals, including potassium, calcium, and phosphate. For example, potassium is important for the functioning of the heart and muscles. Calcium is necessary for healthy and stable bones. Limes contain vitamin C, but less than lemons. I've also already prepared my muesli and my dietary supplements (turmeric, barley grass, vitamin B12, amino acids and ashwaganda). In the small bottle there is vitamin D3 + K2. I like to use D3, especially in the dark winter months, because my body does not get as many sun rays as I need. I am not saying that everything I do is right. But it's right for me and it's good for me.🙏
I keep myself healthy with a good nutrition and exercise.

If you are interested in the effect of turmeric and barley gras you should visit @lonistellina page. She explained it very detailed in one of her post. It's almost 2 years since I've startet with turmeric and barley grass and my hair is so much better, my digestion is much better and I don't catch colds that often anymore. 🙏

What are you doing for your health? I am curious to find out.🤓

Love those kinds of posts! Thanks for sharing, Nelli. ❤️ I haven't looked into supplementing as much, I only supplement Iron at the moment because I know that I easily lack of it. Those suggestions are great, and I also find Michelle's content really interesting when she shared some informations to what it is 😉

I also had the problem with the lack of iron.😴 Barely grass has iron in it and much other good things. I take 2 teaspoons a day, you can drink it in water, juice, as a smoothie or you can take it in capsules as I do. I don't like the taste 😅

Interesting 🤓 I'll look into that. I can imagine how fatigue you were when you didn't have enough iron. 🥺 Some of my siblings went through that aswell, I wonder if it's hereditary... So I'll try to look for that sometime. 😊

I am really good at eating things that don't taste well but are good for you. f.ex. Do you know Artemisia or Beifuß/Wermut? I know it from African friends. It's really bitter but really healthy. Moringa is a super good too that isn't too known here, my family actually grows and harvests our own in our garden in Thailand. I love Herbs and Natural Medicine!
