... the first thing I do in the morning is dancing, it sets an overall good mood for the day and boosts my energy ☀️ so in conclusion: move your body in the morning and you’ll be ready to tackle the day with some extra energy ☄️

Nice moves, fresh video and good energy. I'm not much of a dancer but running and pushups in the morning definitely give me great energy to tackle the day in similar fashion, also vibing to music and doing vocal warm ups ignite a special fire from within which triggers a highly motivating sense of control and awareness to achieve anything I set my mind to.
