I tested a bunch of trending unexpired posts with this toll - https://appicsnow.herokuapp.com/tools. I understand this is aproximate values, as nobody can tell what power level was depleted at the moment of cote. So see this just as aproximate data, not a very perfect statistics.

Glad to see Im on the list at 5.35 but I am very active and seldom if ever have a 100% voting power, no mater how hard I try lol! Also if the RC levels are really low like in the newcomer-northam account that only actually has $25.00 in it with a 1 million Delligation that 100% vote is much lower.
