... it's vegan. It's called Law-oy, it's a savory stew made of Taro tubers (cubes), young stems (looks like asparagus), young edible leaves (teared to pieces), coconut milk, chili, and salt ro taste. Not good for people in diet, really goes well with heapings of rice.
