Yes it is and eos sister chain. It is very exciting indeed. No one has to do anything. But log in with same steem key after migration to port over your Apx to the Telos chain. It will all be functional like logging into Instagram and you can have the same name or choose any other name you wish. It will be in 6-8 weeks
