I came across the „Show me your passion challenge“ held by one of our ambassadors ...

... @hauptmann and thought I’d dedicate my next post to this challenge! Most of you might already know that I started dancing more than 15 years ago.
For me, to dance means to create magic. Its like flying without wings and also a form of meditation.
Just being in complete harmony with the music and one with the melody, beat, instruments and voice - magic happens when I freestyle like this!
It’s a poem of which each movement is a word and I really like to tell stories. 😉

A few years ago, I stopped teaching & dancing professionally to fully dedicate my time to APPICS but that didn’t stop me from moving. Whenever there is some spare time and music is playing, I just have to get up and flow to the song. 🎶 As you can see in the video, I was just finishing a late night work session at the office and someone spontaneously recorded me (sorry for the low light & quality!) when the song „Roses“ 🌹 by James Arthur came on - and so I started to freestyle.

Especially during these turbulent times, it is important to center your energy and focus on what makes you happy. Spend more time creating, smiling, dancing or whatever it is that fulfills you. Thank you @hauptmann for creating this challenge and remind us to follow the voice within and share with our APPICS family why we started posting in the first place. 📱

Obviously I‘m not participating in the competition but I wanted to share my passion and bring more awareness to this challenge - and inspire all of you guys to share your passion as well!
