... to motivate y’all with the fact that you don’t need anybody to motivate y’all. You don’t need a Gym, you don’t need a trainer, you don’t even need a pull-up bar. You just need to point out what it is you want in life and then you need to increase your desire to the maximum. I love being obsessed with something because I know I will need to fulfill my obsessed desire. Even on a friday 🤣
