... I was at my first Appics meeting and I got to know a lot of the team members. I am a Fan and I am here to support all of you guys the best that I can!
In the past I evolved to only rely on myself, so I can’t blame anybody else and also can’t thank anybody else but me. If you find the right team and likeminded people though, you can actually work hard and with a lot of fun while getting more done. 10 years ago I switched from a serious basketball-Sport dream to a serious fighting-Sport dream, which is the exact opposite from a team sport. But the more I learned to effectively communicate with different personalities, I then learned to function for the collective goal. I now see the value in all different personalities.
