Now I will tell you how to make healthy and really easy delicious meal just for 20 minutes. π π€€
For this you need:
β’ 2 eggs π₯ π₯
β’ Half or one full banana π (a trick with banana is to be as black as it possible becaouse with black banana pancake is gonna be sweeties.)
β’ One cup of oats
β’ One cup of milk π₯
Just place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
fry over low heat in a pan in which you have previously put olive or coconut oil ππ₯₯
For TOPPING:
β’ red fruits ππ(strawberry raspberry blueberry blackberry)
β’ Black chocolate π« as you want ( I like 50g)
Put all that in a pan in witch you have previously put cocount oil and wait for the chocolate to melt and combine with fruit. Pour over pancakes.
Serve pancakes with cup of milk π₯ or tea βοΈ and ENJOY! ππβ₯οΈπ₯
