... mindfulness, set intentions and release any negative thoughts or emotions. I could feel my energy expanding as I got deeper into the art of letting go and it felt as if I was watching my mind slow down like a train that’s at full speed and slowly with every breath reducing the pace until it is completely still and has arrived at the destination. In my case the destination is feeling at peace, nothing but pure vibration, a sense of belongingness and oneness. Our mind is such an incredible and powerful tool and I am committed to practice mindfulness more often, in fact very day. It’s a commitment to growth, self care and overall well being that I think we all should make a priority and make space for within our busy lives. Because only when we are centered, calm and clear, are we able to make the best decisions and use our precious time here most effectively and consistently.
The tea I brought with me carried an affirmation (in German) and it reads
„ I am beautiful, full of gifts and blessings“

Also a reminder that tomorrow is New Moon in Pisces ♓️ 🌝 meaning that it’s the perfect day for a fresh start, setting new intentions and letting go of anything that doesn’t serve you.

This is so wonderful what you do and something I'm hoping to try and make a priority in my life as well once the stress of finishing the inside of our house is done, I don't wish for anyone to live in their house while it's being built or under renovation lol, if we could afford it we go away and let someone else do it for us haha!! Beautiful 😍 I honestly believe that the act of letting go for some is the most difficult.. and yet the most essential! It's healing..
Sometimes i like to sit silent and just with remind myself that with every breath i take.. i absorb positivity and with every breath i release i let of of Bad emotions/feelings.. and with my palms open.. i can feel the negative energy flow out 🧘‍♂️
