Our eldest sister called me, and informed me that the man I was staying in his house said that he don't want me to stay there, and I have just 7 days to leave.
As at then, I had no where to go, I had no ine to help, my salary was 18,000, so I can't afford to pay a rent.
When she was about dropping the call, she asked me a question "What will you do now?"
As confused as I was, I didn't know what to say, my mind was blank, but I managed to make one sentence.
"I TRUST GOD."
All my life, I am not a fan of revenge, thr next morning, I met the guy and asked him why he had to tell my sister before informing me.
He didn't tell me his reasons, and my only response was simple.
I said OK, I WILL LIVE BEFORE SEVEN DAYS.
The next day was our Church Program,

During the course of the program, I was busy thinking about my next plan, and was asking GOD to remember me, if not for any other thing, my family have suffered enough.
I was directly asking him to remove this reproach, I wasn't thinking about myself, I was thinking about my Mum, my siblings, and was telling God.
If not for any other thing, remember this people, they all believed in me, and is not fair if I don't meet up to my responsibility as a man.
At the end of the followship, I was about going home, one of the ushers approached me and asked for my house address, saying they would love to visit me.
I don't waste a seconds to tell him my ordeal, I made it known to him that I don't have a place to stay.

I summoned courage, and told him all that have happened, how I came to Lagos, and how I got into a fraudulent visa scheme, and at the moment, I had no place to stay.
Without wasting time, he told me that Church have stopped allowing people to stay in the premises, but he'll see what he can do.
And asked me to come back after two days, when I came back, he didn't ask my name or what I do, or my plans, didn't ask any question.
He immediately introduced me to the Security man and asked him to welcome me anytime I bring my bags.
I was literally sleeping in the Church auditorium with my MAT, and NET, and I did that for one complete year.
A lot of things happened which I may not be able to say now, but what I want to tell you is this.
Dont allow your mind to be defeated, Be strong.
Trust God even when life for doesn't make sense.
But don't forget to make friends with people that will help you grow.
Invest in mentorship, it I very important.
Whatever I have today was given to me by God, but I equally worked hard, took risks, and God knows that I have a pride that won't allow me to beg.
On Sunday, I will tell you more how I took center stage and started to make things happen, and gradually turning into a young man that my family is proud of.
