It's not very hard work. But you need a good practice, patient and an artistic eye for a neat outcome. My sister also basically learned it from watching youtube videos. But I still couldn't learn it. Will see soon. 😂😂😂

Now she is making them for small orders. Especially, items suited to children. Not yet on a large scale. Because it needs more practice and learning. But there is a huge demand for them. Basically, not much harmful to the environment or users like plastic, or metals. And can be protected for a reasonable period of time.
