Production of shoe and Chelsea boot

Good afternoon great community, I'm here to share how I transformed old shoe into a new one.

Also produce a new shoe.

Materials and function

Last or mole

It enable you to have the exactly shape of human foot. It come in sizes and different front shape. The decision of the last use depends on the size and type of shoe to produce.

Pattern

This enable you to trace the kind of shoe you wanted to produce on the leather

Suede

This formed the upper part of the shoe

Sole

This is the lower part of the shoe .

Gum

It's used to gum two leather together, it can also used in guming the upper shoe and the sole together

Brush gum

Used in gum application

Gas cylinder

For heat

Upper shoe without sole

Old shoe with sole

Lasted shoe

Chelsea boot
