Hope you all are doing well as I was not active on steemit due to some commitments but from now on I’ll post on my daily bases and will try to engage as much as I can and participate in contests so here is my first post after break.

Firstly, we must see what m-Commerce or mobile commerce is. It is the part of e-commerce which is growing rapidly in which we do online transaction like buying or selling the product or service, paying utility bills, school fees like doing mobile top up, transferring the money, these and many others that we can able to do through our smart phones or tablets over internet is basically m-commerce. for example, we pay utility bills online using UBL app on our mobile phones. After the invention of smart phones, websites and other e- sources were still being used by people to do their stuff like online shopping but with the time and smart devices and internet getting better m-commerce saw increase in its revenue over the years as we can’t do anything without our smart devices and it became main part of our life and people got advantage of this thing and are using this as a source to earn or upgrade their business like launching mobile apps of their business for everyone’s ease.

Role of m-Commerce in Business:

m-commerce plays important role in business of today’s world. As world is innovating so is m-commerce which grows every year at a steady rate. In year 2012 m-commerce revenue was $30 billion which was estimated to grow $150 billion in 2016 (Laudon & Laudon). Why m-commerce is growing at a speedy rate is because the business person are moving their business to people’s mobile by launching mobile app of their business which provide the convivence to the people and are thinking it as a time saving as they won’t have to go by themselves to do their work which they now can do it at their homes with their mobile phones and tablets like we now can book our tickets or hotel room through our mobile phone. Another role of m-commerce in business is it provide fast up to date connection than the web base business also connects to the user through notification which reminds them of business with the app which proves to be beneficial for both customer and businesses. Another reason of m-commerce growing role in business is the increase rate in the number of mobile phones which were estimated to be 4 billion in 2012 (Laudon & Laudon). I will conclude my answer with that all businesses are not looking only to earn from m-commerce they are also targeting m- commerce to provide ease and good experience to their customers.
