Hello everyone, greetings to you all @steemitnursery community. My name is Obineche Chukwu Frank, am 19 years old. I am Cameroonian by birth and a Nigerian by nationality and from Abia state in Nigeria to be more precise.
The purpose of this post is to introduce myself to the steemitnursery community and also make myself known to others.
MY FAMILY
I am the second-born child in a family of five exempting my late relatives. I and my senior sister are currently in our home country studying at the University. While my junior siblings and my mum are back in Cameroon. My Dad is a Nigerian while my Mum is a Cameroonian. Am typically what people refer to as a half cast which has some benefits attached to it. My Mum runs the family business which was left to her by my Dad. My senior sister is in her final year at the university right now. The junior ones are still in secondary and primary schools back in Cameroon. In general, am from a Christian home.
EDUCATION/SCHOOLS
As long as I can tell, I started schooling at the age of 3. The first school I attended was in Cameroon, Grace International secondary & primary schools speaking both French and English as educational languages. I moved into another school in class 4 (primary 4), Catholic bilingual primary schools, still in the same town but closer to my home. The quality of education was the same. I had more friends than at the former school. This school had two sections the French and English sections. I was in the English part and there we learned all courses in the English language. I finished Catholic primary school and entered secondary school.
I first attended Mazenod bilingual secondary school. It was also a Catholic School although it was open to all students from all religions all over the world. It was like a meeting point for people all over Africa, people from different countries and cultures attended the school. It is owned by a white priest from abroad. It was the best school I ever attended. I left the school at Form 2 (junior secondary school 2) because I had to move to Nigeria. At first, it was hard to adapt to the new environment here in Nigeria but it all went well. I continued my school in Imo State at Excellent Foundation Primary & secondary schools. At that time I was living with my uncle who is a civil engineer. There was another movement for me again but this has been the last one up to date.
I moved to Abia State in Umuahia where I completed my secondary school in Margaret International schools Umuahia.
I then got admission into the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike still in Abia State where I am currently in my second year studying electrical electronics engineering and by God's grace, I shall graduate with good grades.
CONCLUSION
Hopefully, this post would be enough about me @steemiynursery community. Thanks a lot to my pal @jueco for introducing me to this community. I look forward to knowing more about the steemitnursery community and also am looking forward to participating in events and other community activities.
Thanks a lot for your time.
Welcome @frank-kevin
