Good morning fellow steemians! Hope everybody is coping up with our recent situation. This is me @jenny018 from the Philippines would like to ask with regards to my brother's @dinoboy27 account.
Actually I haven't checked it not until my niece message me asking what happen to my brother's account wherein there's 0 SP, I really don't know what happen he just registered last Saturday May 30 and just posted his 1st introduction and another post in stockphotos.
I compared their account with my friend who just newly registered also but she has a steem power of 15 not like my brother's account who is totally 0.
Can someone help me with my brother's concern as he wanted to take part on the contest but he can't because he is bandwidth.

I think there are new users who dont get any sp at all that is why you need to delegate at least 5 sp so he can continue posting and commenting.
