CONTEST//THE BEST MOMENT OF MY LIFE(FINDING OUT WHO MY BIRTH MOTHER IS AND REUNITING WITH HER THROUGH HER WEDDING) BY @LADYOFPOLICY

Good evening lovely steemians,am so glad to participate in this contest,honestly speaking,its something that is worth doing,I mean memories are worth sharing no matter how beautiful or ugly they are,my regards to @bright-obias,for this wonderful contest.

My childhood experience isn't what I wish for even my worst enemy.Growing up as the only kid in the whole family,with no father or mother,only grandparents wasn't that good for me.

I lived 17years of my life with my grandparents believing I am the last child of the family whom the gave birth to in their old age,but that was all an illusion because I actually have a birth mother.
The best moment of my life took place on the day i turned 17 which was on the 28th of August 2016. I couldnt forget that day because it was a very phenomenal day for me.

On this fateful day,I just finished writing my junior WAEC,I got a call from my pressumed elder sister who was actually my mum that she was getting married,out of excitement i screened very loud that i couldn't listen to the next thing she said. Few hours later,my uncle told me that I will be going to Aba the next day to meet with my aunty and i was glad that i will travel out of my village for the first time.

The next day,I went to aba. On getting to Aba I was warmly welcomed by everyone and when i had a little rest,my aunty called me in front of everyone to tell me that she's my mum.

At first,I couldn't process the whole scenero but when she explained how she gave birth to me out of wed luck and how my dad abandoned her,I felt broken but at a point I was very happy that finally all the doubt i had about my identity was finally clarified.

Finally,she added that I will soon have a step father and soon that i will become a big sister.

Few months down the lane,I had a great family,my mum,my step father who is now my real father,plus additional two siblings. Trust me the love and peace i get from the fact that i now have a complete family stands to be the best moment of my life.

So on the 18th of December 2016,I had a mum and a dad who was rightfully joined in holy matrimony.

I was among mum's ashoebi and I feel so good.

17years of being the only child,I now have a kid brother and am now a big sister.

I also have a kid sister now.

So from being a lonely girl to having the best family on earth was and will always be my best moment.
