Desires are thoughts which travel through the human mind daily, and when more attention is given to it grows into a wish that's why it is called wishful thinking) When more time is being devoted to that wish it becomes an impression which might other be of good use or not, depending on the corresponding actions that were camed out after the thought Mind you desiree on their owe are neither good nor bad at the titial stages of birth it can only take the shape the thinker molds it into. We live in a society where humans self gratification comes before the greater good. This rot that enters deep like a cankerworm in the flesh of society, and it's almost like no preventive measures, or medication can be able to cure this ailment. The ability to resist or engage in any desire depends on two factors-The strength of the desire and The strength of your self control (will power) The simple hack for handling all desires is to find out the WHY and WHOM

WHY This question the fact on why is that thought coming at that particular time and how did come about initially it's been discovered that humans are moved by what they see, so the mind has the ability to create mental illusions that can be tumed to desires, so sometimes what we think are important to us are not truly important. Human wants like we all know are insatiable and even after satisfying an initial want, immediately another is created and so the circle never ends.

WHOM: Lesser evil will be done if only we can just sit down and ponder on some thoughts before actions were carried out.
