Hi Steemit Friends,
I am very happy today because I am writing a diary on steemit today.
This is about a breakfast. Everyday at breakfast I take Ruti & Egg fry. But last morning there was no egg in the fridge. So I had to choose another item for breakfast. I choose sugar as a alternative of egg.
Sugar is not good for health. But it is very tasty. I made some ruti by my self. Then I added some sugar on it. Then it looks very gorgeous.
After having this meal for breakfast, i was pleased. Cause it was a great food item ever made by me. & I decided to have this everyday morning as breakfast.
Making process is very easy. You need some flour, water, oil, sugar and a bit salt. First make a batter of flour, water & little bit salt. Then make some ruti with those. Then fry it with soya oil. After frying, add some sugar on it. Then have it as breakfast. It will be a great breakfast.

Hola amigo @mofizrok, estoy totalmente de acuerdo contigo en que el azucar no es bueno para la salud mas sin embargo es algo que al verla se nos hace agua la boca, solo hay que controlar su consumo. gracias por compartir tu diario.
