Diary Game 12-06-2021: Making Birthday Cake

Hello everyone, today I made a birthday cake for my cousin who will celebrate his birthday on June 12th. So I made him a cake as a birthday present. So I will share my busy life today from the initial process of making a cake until it is finished. Making a birthday cake is not easy because it requires a long process and accuracy in making it and the capital is also large.

The first step

The first step is to put all the ingredients in one bowl to stir until evenly distributed, in stirring I use a mixer because it will be very tiring using the manual method. After all the ingredients are mixed and stirred then we put it in the mold.

Step Two

After placing in the mold, the next step is to steam the cake until it is firm, but don't overcook it because it will not taste good and can cause the cake to be hard and not tasty anymore when eaten. I steam the cake for about 10 to 15 minutes, if I think 10 minutes is enough then I will take the cake out and wait a while for the cake to harden before decorating the cake.

Third step

The next step is to decorate the cake, I decorate the cake to my taste because I don't know with my cousin's favorite decoration. Here I used chocolate to decorate it and cherries.

I stick the chocolate bar on the side of the cake to make it look more attractive and of course it can be eaten, I use chocolate because I have a feeling that there is no person who doesn't like chocolate, be it small children or adults mostly like chocolate, that's why I use chocolate to decorate the cake.

On top of the cake I also use chocolate that I have grated, after that I also add some cherries to make it look more attractive and delicious. And look at this, the cake is ready.
